Unveil your inner wise woman

Sometimes we are not sure anymore what life really wants from us, or what we want from life. We feel overwhelmed, tired, confused, emotional. We feel more isolated and further and further away from others, from nature,….from our own life as it is meant to be.

How do you get out of this stagnation? How can you nurture yourself every day? How can you grow towards an embodied life? A life you live from your source, your soul, your nature, in connection with life around you.

This midweek is about honoring yourself as a woman: always being present in the unity of your body, soul and wisdom.

We will teach you gentle exercises and warm ways to awaken your body and quiet down your thoughts, so you can be completely available for your vitality, your wisdom  and your nature.  We will bring you back to your ‘palace’ as a woman, so that you can live from this place in combination with your heart and connected to your wisdom as a woman.

• Wisdom teachings from Alchemy of the Wise Woman.
• Initiations in using a jade egg.
• Connecting breasts/heart - belly/ovaries/uterus
• Meditations
• Gentle exercises to open our body and the pelvic area.
• Initiations in the Life Force Ritual
• Moments for rest, contemplation and introspection.
• We love to work ‘in the moment’ with what IS and what needs to be done. A part of the program will unfold during the midweek.
• We will be in a wonderful, soft yet powerful place in nature. Being there and resting in the arms of mother nature, is a blessing in itself.

Practical info

• We will be staying at the beautifully located Ermita Sant Honorat in Randa, Mallorca.  It is located in a strong energetic area, high upon the rocks.
